1. Cancellation Policy - We do not provide refunds for cancellations unless the classes are cancelled by Blooming Dance, upon which notice will be given to those booked as early as possible. This applies to No-Shows. 

 

2. Class Exchange Policy - You can exchange your class for another class of the same value or less within 7 days of the original class. You have until 7 pm the day before the original class to complete the exchange. If you are not able to attend, you can always offer your space to another student. We will not be able to manually adjust your bookings before or after the class. Please familiarise yourself with the self-exchange instructions below.

3. Filming during Class - You are welcome to record yourself  during our classes.  Some of our classes are filmed by our staff or videographers.  Photos and videos taken relating to our classes will appear on our social media channels and website. If you do not wish to be filmed please let the videographer know before filming. ​​
